Company's Mission and Elevator Pitch:
Mbedify's mission is to empower solopreneurs by providing a no-code solution for creating embeddable UI widgets and functional MVPs/web apps. With Mbedify, solopreneurs who have little to no design or programming knowledge can easily create powerful web applications without the need for extensive API documentation or coding.
Inspiration:
We were inspired to create Mbedify due to the challenges faced by solopreneurs in creating MVPs or web apps. The process of integrating APIs and designing cohesive user interfaces can be overwhelming, especially for individuals who are already juggling multiple responsibilities in their businesses.
Existing solutions in the market either focus on coding, using CMS platforms, or relying on automation tools for API integration, but none seamlessly combine frontend and backend development. We wanted to bridge this gap and provide solopreneurs with an all-in-one solution that simplifies the entire web app creation process.
What the Product is:
Mbedify is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that offers ready-to-use, responsive UI widgets for embedding in websites. These widgets come with pre-built backend functionality, created using Make scenarios. Solopreneurs can follow three easy steps: copy and paste the embed code, download and connect the Make scenario, and then embed the widget in their website.
Mbedify eliminates the need to learn design or coding by providing a seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
How we built it:
We built Mbedify using Wix for frontend development and Make for backend functionality. Wix provided a user-friendly interface for creating visually appealing UI widgets, while Make served as the backbone for implementing the necessary backend processes. By combining these tools, we created a comprehensive solution that enables solopreneurs to effortlessly create web apps without the need for technical expertise.
Challenges we faced:
The main challenge we encountered during the development of Mbedify was creating an ecosystem where the UI widgets could communicate with each other seamlessly. We wanted to ensure that different widgets could interact and share data effectively, enhancing the overall functionality and user experience. Overcoming this challenge required meticulous planning and implementation to build a robust and interconnected system.
Why we are Participating in this hackathon:
We are participating in this hackathon to scale Mbedify's vision. Currently, we have developed a set of widgets that showcase the capabilities of Square's platform, enabling solopreneurs to build POS systems, CRMs, and eCommerce solutions effortlessly. Winning this hackathon would provide us with the resources to further extend our platform to include a broader range of widgets.
We aim to cater to various industries such as EdTech, Metaverse, ECommerce, and AI web app creation, thereby revolutionizing the way solopreneurs create web applications. Our focus on these sectors specifically is out of demand in the market. Currently, lots of solopreneurs are trying to build their own SaaS products, using AI, and other such tools. By providing them the power of Copy pasting the widgets, it'll power through their development time and help get them better and quicker feedback.

We believe we deserve to win the hackathon because Mbedify addresses a significant pain point for solopreneurs. Our solution empowers individuals without extensive technical knowledge to create sophisticated web apps with ease.
By simplifying the process of embedding UI widgets and providing pre-built backend functionality, Mbedify streamlines web app development and significantly reduces time and effort. Winning the hackathon would not only validate our innovative approach but also provide us with the opportunity to scale our platform and impact a larger community of solopreneurs.
