Inspiration

I felt accounting which is very vital for every business should be democratized.

What it does

Prepare user account. Connect with bank account and start bookkeeping. Let users send quote, invoice and reminders. Get their financial statements and tax documents.

How we built it

I have researched existing apps, found flaws in the present Frankenstein stack. Prepared docs, then build the app.

Challenges we ran into

Their is a lot of complicated topics related to tax as it differs between different jurisdiction.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Able to break Frankenstein stack.

What we learned

As there is complexity related to tax, I have learned the importance of modular approach.

What's next for M accounting

Add more jurisdictions, add WMS app as part of suite.
