Inspiration

Ran out of ideas and wanted to do something with the lyft api

What it does

Brings up a google map and lets the user search for a destination. Then it brings up the pricing and ETA for the Lyft and Uber car services, which the user can then choose from to get a ride.

How we built it

Android studio, google maps api tutorials

Challenges we ran into

Incompatibilities with multiple components of the app, android studio was really slow, getting started with google maps
