Inspiration

We wanted to start with call heavy industries and make it easier for people and clinics to save costs and time.

What it does

Lydya can work as a virtual receptionist, accept calls, schedule and reschedule appointments.

How we built it

We used Twilio -> Livekit for real time communications, Bedrock for main brain, and other tools to have schedules and rags ready.

Challenges we ran into

We ran this, but apparently it asks to be bedrock and everything to be in the same account and also it doesn't provide API out of the box so it takes some time. https://github.com/aws-samples/bedrock-chat

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We can talk to Lydya realtime now, and schedule calls.

What we learned

I used AWS Console for the first time after a few years, I love it, especially compared to GCP.

What's next for Lydya

Integrate text messaging and make it a product.
