Inspiration

Our project was inspired by our experiences using the lxly bridge. We frequently encountered difficulties in tracking transactions and obtaining detailed information from the separate explorers for Goerli and zkEVM. This challenge motivated us to create a more efficient solution. Utilizing the power of subgraphs ie. The Graph, we developed an innovative project that seamlessly consolidates and presents transaction data in a user-friendly interface. Our goal was to simplify the process of tracking and analyzing transactions across these networks, making it more accessible and efficient for users.

What it does

We solve a critical need in the blockchain ecosystem with our project, the lxly scan, which functions as a thorough bridge between the Goerli and zkEVM networks. Its purpose is to make tracking and analysing transactions across various networks more efficient. Fundamentally, the platform offers a single, intuitive interface that compiles and presents comprehensive data on every transaction. This contains crucial information including the block number, status, network information, transaction hash, and more. The lxly explorer makes it unnecessary to browse between several explorers by centralising this information, greatly streamlining the user experience.

Our solution offers a number of advanced features that go beyond simple transaction tracking and improve its functionality. The user-friendly search feature, which enables users to quickly find transactions using a hash or address, is a crucial element. In order to give consumers a clear and thorough perspective, the platform also provides a dedicated transaction page where they can examine both bridged and claimed transactions in separate areas. Furthermore, customers may further streamline the process by automatically claiming all of their bridged transactions using the cutting-edge autoclaim function, which is made possible by Chainlink automation. The lxly explorer is more than simply a tool thanks to this feature set; it's a doorway to more effective and convenient blockchain involvement.

How we built it

The subgraph technology of the Graph protocol has been extensively utilised in our project to collect and manage data, enabling thorough and real-time transaction tracing across the Goerli and zkEVM networks. We can efficiently record, index, and show blockchain data in an understandable fashion thanks to its subgraph backbone. We've also used Chainlink Automation for a unique feature: messages and assets may be automatically claimed. This automation streamlines the user experience by adding a layer of efficiency and ease. Our project's central component is the integration of these cutting-edge technologies, which enables us to provide a reliable and approachable blockchain transaction management platform.

What's next for LXLY Scan

Looking ahead, the roadmap for LXLY Scan includes several exciting developments aimed at enhancing its capabilities and user experience:

  • Advanced Analytics: Implementing more sophisticated analytics tools to provide deeper insights into transaction patterns, network usage, and user behavior.

  • Improved User Interface: Continual refinement of the user interface to make it even more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring that the platform remains accessible to a broad audience.

  • Smart Contract Integration: Adding features to interact directly with smart contracts through the explorer, allowing users to execute and monitor smart contract actions seamlessly.

  • API Development: Developing a comprehensive API to enable third-party developers to access and use the data aggregated by LXLY Scan in their applications.
