Inspiration
In highly fragmented markets like luxury watches, price discrepancies are everywhere, buried under 'web noise.' I built LuxSoft to transform this noise into institutional-grade investment signals. My goal was simple: 20 seconds to turn raw data into a high-conviction arbitrage opportunity
How we built it
I designed LuxSoft as a high-performance, hybrid pipeline where every millisecond counts:
The Uplink (Apify): I deployed a Puppeteer-based engine in JavaScript to navigate complex marketplaces. To ensure 100% resilience against anti-bot systems, I integrated Residential Proxies and custom logic to bypass cookie wall prompts and popups. It’s the "eyes" of the system.
The Smart Analyzer (GPT-4o-mini): Instead of simple text parsing, I implemented "Dynamic Proximity Logic." The AI acts as a reasoning layer, binding extracted prices strictly to unique asset IDs to eliminate hallucinations and ensure 100% data integrity.
The Memory (Qdrant): I integrated Qdrant Cloud to store and query Vector Embeddings. This architecture is RAG-ready, allowing LuxSoft to perform semantic matching between fragmented listings and historical market trends instantly.
Deployment: The core orchestrator is a Python/Flask engine hosted on Render, optimized for low-latency response and seamless synchronization between the JS scrapers and the AI models.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest hurdle was Data Integrity. In arbitrage, a single hallucinated price is a financial risk. I developed a multi-stage validation logic: the AI cross-references the scraped price with the asset's unique reference ID before any signal is generated. This ensures that every 'Buy' recommendation is backed by verified reality.
What we learned
I learned that GenAI’s true value in Fintech isn't just text generation—it’s its role as a reasoning layer for unstructured data. By bridging Apify’s extraction with Qdrant’s memory, I’ve built a bridge between the chaotic web and actionable financial intelligence.
What's next for LuxSoft | GenAI Market Arbitrage Sniper
While this demo targets the Rolex market, the engine is industry-agnostic. The next step is scaling LuxSoft to Sneakers, Tech, and Real Estate, creating a universal "Arbitrage-as-a-Service" platform.
