Inspiration

I have lost a lot of money due to bounced checks. I found a tech solution for my company, and it works fine. I have told my friends in the industry, and they claim they want to use my idea, but without software. There is a real problem and a real business here. I found a way to democratize it through a WhatsApp bot. Again, it works fine, but I needed help to deal with data for me, independently and reliably. I asked AI, and Google AI Agents came up. And again, it works even better than I hoped.

What it does

Lupa-Auditor is an asynchronous, background AI Agent operating as a Taskmaster. It wakes up during off-peak hours, ingests our entire live Google Sheets banks info database, and performs a deep forensic analysis:

Fraud Detection: Cross-references transaction histories to catch "manual bypasses" (e.g., when a human operator mistakenly overrides a rejected duplicate receipt).

Data Governance: Identifies messy, unstructured banking inputs and generates a strict normalization matrix to standardize the database.

Sales Intelligence: Maps user activity to identify "cold" clients who need targeted recharge campaigns. It outputs a highly structured Executive Risk Report directly into our ERP for the management team.

How we built it

I am not a developer, I had Gemini helping me to build a solution for my problem. Try and error. I received the necesary code to be pasted in certain places.

Challenges we ran into

Being a no code person is a real challenge, I talk to IA, I explain the problem, what I need to be done and I get specific instructions. Sometimes the new code destroys the old one due to a simple {}. Then I need to be given comple code again and again. So, it takes time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

My factory has complete software system made by myself with IA and now is giving me the oportunity to spread it as independant business because fake checks being bounced is a real problem in all industries in the country and banks wont open APIs to ask, they rather charge 10% to the account holder and $2.81 to the one who tries to cash them while we lose, sometimes, everyting.

What we learned

A solution for my real problem can become a new start up.

What's next for Lupa Auditor

As soon as I reach 100 users I will need to upgrade, sheets and App Scripts wont deal with a real growth. While working I am discovering the benefits of Firebase and new Agents or jobs, example: 2 am calculate actual status per bank, accouts, users... so during operations data is ready to be sent and answer faster to the client.
