Using the powerful ElevenLabs V3 voice model, Luna can narrate bed time stories for adults who want some distraction before bed and listen to a short story, and create the space for drifting off.

Helping people who have trouble sleeping using soothing audio from ElevenLabs' latest AI audio technology.

What it does

Create a story that helps the user drift off to.

How we built it

We built a story generation pipeline that 1. outlines the story, 2. design the characters, 3. compose the story, and 4. add audio tags. We used digital ocean spaces for object storage and digital ocean managed hosting for the AI.

Challenges we ran into

  1. Making the story sound natural is difficult
  2. Figuring out the best ways to implement our frontend app design

We learned to adapt to the limitations of ElevenLabs and other AI agents story composition.

What's next for Luna - stories to drift off to

  1. Multilingual support
  2. More options for custom stories
  3. Better story composition pipeline with randomization for output result
  4. Include a story cover for each story generated
