We built Lumen to create a transparent, leveling playing field for both sides. For homeowners, Lumen acts as a smart assistant that breaks down dense PDF contracts into clear summaries, pointing out hidden clauses and benchmarking quotes. For installers, it's powerful tool for empathy and transparency—giving them a clear view of how their offer actually lands and letting them prove on the spot that their deal is fair and trustworthy.
