LUKIS

Better way of learning through LUKIS. It is a learning platform backed with an AI engine to evaluate what the preschooler draw. At the same time, low the burden of teacher and assist preschooler.

Inspiration

Poor early education program in Kyrgyzstan. Only 23% children aged 3-5 are attending an organized early childhood education program in Kyrgyzstan and Only 20% teachers have educational background in early childhood development and education.

What it does

It helps preschooler to learn efficiently through drawing. AI engine behind will evaluate them after they answer the questions.

  • Backend (Flask, Fast.ai, Tensorflow)
  • Server (Digital Ocean)

Challenges we ran into

The AI model is 90% but need more fine tuning.

What's next for LUKIS

Currently only in English. Can be expand into different languages like Mandarin, Malay, Russian, and Kyrgyz.
