Inspired by murder mystery games and Noire art style
What it does
Murder mystery game to fund clues and interegate usual suspects of a crime.
How I built it
We built it Unity. Created 3d assets in Blender3d and GIMP for texture
Challenges I ran into
Challenge we faced was to build it in 72hrs and making it optimized for web browser.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Created all characters and a large portion of the props in game.
What I learned
I learn that we can use shader techniques to blend to 2 types of UV map to be able to reduce texture size and still give it a unique look and feel.
What's next for Ludam Dare 50 (Shades of Deception)
To improve on the art texture techniques to different style. Also to participate in Ludam Dare 51 in October 2022
