Inspiration

I originally aimed to achieve lucid dreaming, but the journey led me to something deeper: lucid living. By capturing my dreams and identifying patterns, I uncovered powerful insights for inner growth, so built Lucidia to help others do the same.

What it does

Lucidia helps users track their dreams, uncover recurring themes, and map their soul’s journey. It offers visual tools to connect subconscious patterns with personal growth moments.

Key features:

  • Dream journaling with intuitive tagging
  • Pattern recognition across dreams over time
  • A visual “Soul Map” to track inner growth themes
  • Guided prompts to spark dream recall and reflection
  • Analytics on recurring symbols, people, and places

How we built it

We started with a low-code visual builder (Bolt) and a clear design vision rooted in cosmic aesthetics. The current version was developed with a focus on usability, dream tagging, and soul mapping.

Challenges we ran into

Balancing a soulful vision with a clear UX structure was tricky. We also had to simplify complex emotional journeys into intuitive interactions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We launched a live site with a clear narrative and a working prototype in three days!

What we learned

Dreams hold data, and design can make it actionable. We also learned how to build fast by focusing on essence, not perfection.

What's next for Lucidia - Map Your Soul’s Journey Through Dreams

Next up: adding AI-generated dream pattern recognition and interactive soul maps. We aim to build a deeper experience that supports both reflection and transformation.
