Loyaltiya Chat continues to grow as a conversational local discovery experience powered by the Yelp AI API. Recent updates have focused on refining intent understanding and improving how conversational queries translate into accurate, location-aware recommendations. The Yelp AI API has proven to be a strong foundation for building natural and reliable discovery flows, especially when working with real-world local business data.
By placing the Yelp AI API at the core of the application, Loyaltiya Chat is able to move beyond traditional search and deliver recommendations that feel contextual, relevant, and immediately actionable. Combined with live location awareness and map visualization, this approach demonstrates how Yelp’s AI-driven capabilities can enable intuitive and user-focused discovery experiences.
