Low Cost IVR System for NGOs

Inspiration

Participated in a hackathon organized by eBay which was for NGOs. When I knew the power for Knowlarity APIs in their hackathon then I thought why not do something to the society with the technical skills we have.

How it works

Just call on a single number , follow the IVR instruction and get flowed to the NGO details you want to know, donate or raise a request for.

Developed this application in a Hackathon organized by Knowlarity Communications.
This is an IVR System which can be used by a group of NGOs to have a IVR System to help them raise funds via phone banking. User can raise call back request via IVR and
NGOs can connect to the caller via conferencing by just a click from admin console.
Technologies Used: Python, Flask, Knowlarity APIs, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3,
Javascript,Heroku Platform.
