How we built it
The project was built first by web scraping (using BeautifulSoup) images of commonly lost items like backpacks, phones, wallets, travel baggages, etc... Roboflow was used for image annotations, with assistance from the auto labelling tool Trained a YOLO11 Object Detection Model Exported model as pytorch weights file (.pt file) and used OpenCV to capture video stream and perform real time inference
