Inspiration
Many students lose their belongings on campus and face difficulties finding them. We were inspired to create a simple and organized digital platform where students can report lost items and help others recover their belongings quickly.
What it does
This project helped us learn website design, frontend and backend development, database management, problem-solving, and teamwork. We also learned how technology can be used to solve real-life campus problems and improve user experience.
How we built it
We built LostFound@Campus by analyzing the problem, designing the website, developing the frontend and backend, integrating a database, and testing the final system.
Challenges we ran into
We faced challenges in design, database integration, search functionality, and testing, which we solved through teamwork and problem-solving.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of creating a complete and user-friendly Lost & Found website that solves a real campus problem and helps students recover their belongings quickly.
