Lost and Found

The Campus Lost & Found Hub proves that high-impact solutions can be delivered with minimal resources and complexity. By skillfully integrating free, accessible tools the Google Form for streamlined input, the Google Sheet for intelligent data management, and the Google Site for simple public access I created a system that is both robust and zero maintenance.

The project's success is defined by its core functionality: real-time accuracy achieved through automated data management. This logic ensures that as soon as an item is claimed and its status is updated, it instantly disappears from the public list. This guarantees the public view is always reliable, which directly translates to a better experience for the student body. The resulting centralized hub saves critical staff time currently spent fielding fragmented inquiries and significantly increases the speed and success rate of item recovery.
