Inspiration
Recently, our friend had her bike stolen from her apartment complex. She still hasn't gotten it back. We made this in hopes that one of the players spots her bike so we can get it back.
What it does
This game is a dating simulation following you after the theft of your bike. While trying to find it, you meet two potential love interests and get to know them. Who will you end up with? Only you will know.
How we built it
We used HTML and CSS to create the app and run the interface. To create text running on the same page, we created a JavaScript program.
Challenges we ran into
We originally wanted to use React but after several hours of struggling, we decided to work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make progress.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of making all the story, art, and dialogue alongside all the code.

We learned how to write in JavaScript and better develop our skills in HTML and CSS>
What's next for Losing Jerome, Finding Love
We hope to develop more features such as completely implementing the character customization screen, using different background colors for different character dialogues, and better centering/uniformity for the dialogue boxes.
