Inspiration
just before this started I made an inventory system for magitech items, and a complex json schema, then well, now I have to make a new project for a hackathon... anyways, I like writing and poetry, and sci-fi and such-n-such. How do you write such a marvelous novel? use a notebook? idk how about I make something for it, weaving plots and timelines and tech and now, it has a different schema entirely, with templates and such
What it does
Frameworks templates and instances of
- Tech/
- Items/
- Magic Systems/
- Astral Systems/
- Enchantments/
- Powers/
- Vehicles/Starships
- Species/
- Cultures/
- Civilizations/
- Characters/ across multiverses, timelines, and worlds with Lore and Narratives ## How we built it I started and stopped quickly, then spent quite a while planning app state and nav for hierarchical concepts, then got to implementing and running migrations. ## Challenges we ran into 3 number 009's, 2 number 010's, an 011, and a 012 - migrations to set up context drops as its own instead of template-instance pattern layout issues for modals, multiple nav components, finally settled on megamenu with no offscreen components. Icon import misses time and money; my Ford Ranger is now Post-Historic and I have to get insurance and standard tags again ## Accomplishments that we're proud of It was fun to work on, and my nephew is writing a cheesy magical novel, and I was encouraging and helping him plan it out, and working on this to support also I think I've got a good position and an interesting product, I want to make media using it soon ## What we learned maybe SQLite would be easier instead of remigrations ## What's next for Loreum Json export lol, EXPORTABLE THEMES!?! maybe AI parsing context drops for tagging and auto flow. and maybe meeting other creatives and getting feedback
