The Story Behind LOOP

Life admin rarely comes as one big task. It comes as dozens of small things scattered across our digital lives: an email we need to respond to, a bill that suddenly looks wrong, a warranty that is about to expire, a receipt we might need later, or a deadline we almost forgot.

The problem isn't always that these things are difficult. It's that we have to remember to notice them in the first place.

We started thinking about what would happen if an AI agent could take responsibility for finding these unfinished threads—not by taking control of our lives, but by helping us close the loops we would otherwise miss.

That became LOOP.

We designed LOOP around a simple principle: Notice → Prepare → Ask.

It notices potential open loops, gathers the relevant information, and prepares the next step. But when an action has real consequences, LOOP stops and asks the human.

We wanted to build an agent that is proactive without being reckless, useful without being intrusive, and automated without taking away control.

LOOP exists to handle the work between “I should do something about this” and actually getting it done.
