What it does
LookShift closes that gap: point a camera at a look — live or from a short video — and get an instant read on risks to wearers, makers, and the planet, plus a healthier, greener alternative on a split screen How it works. Join a room with no account. Stream live (Vonage) or upload a clip. Our Gemini multi-agent system spots the garments, scores fashion-focused health and environmental risks against public benchmarks (OSHA, NIOSH, UNEP, EPA), and proposes a lower-impact swap that keeps the same vibe — not a lecture, a better look.
How we built it
The backend uses a sequential multi-agent pipeline orchestrated by Gemini. Each agent has one job and passes structured JSON to the next. Perception uses Gemini multimodal on the snapshot (no Cloud Vision).
