Modern healthcare often focuses on treating diseases after they occur rather than preventing them early. Stress, burnout, poor sleep, unhealthy habits, and lifestyle imbalance are silently accelerating biological aging in students and working professionals worldwide.
We wanted to build an AI-powered platform that helps people understand how their daily habits impact long-term health and longevity before serious health issues develop.
That vision led us to create LongevAI — a futuristic preventive healthcare and longevity intelligence platform.
What it does
LongevAI is an AI-powered health intelligence platform that predicts biological aging, analyzes burnout risk, and provides personalized longevity recommendations.
Users can:

- Analyze stress and burnout patterns
- Track lifestyle habits
- Receive AI-powered health coaching
- Visualize health trends through interactive dashboards

Challenges we ran into
One of the biggest challenges was designing a system that feels both futuristic and medically meaningful while working within hackathon time constraints.
