Inspiration The idea for Logit started when I saw how messy the shipping business is in Uzbekistan. While everything else is going digital, truck drivers and companies are still using Telegram groups and phone calls to find work. It’s slow and confusing. I wanted to build a digital system that makes shipping goods across the country and the CIS region as easy as ordering a taxi.
What it does Logit is an online marketplace that connects companies that have goods to move with the trucks that can move them. It’s a "one-stop shop" where you can find a reliable driver, see the best price using AI, and track the best route. It replaces old paperwork and messy group chats with a single, clean app.
How we built it We didn’t just guess what people wanted. We talked to over 450 companies to find out their biggest headaches. To build the actual tech, we used modern tools like TypeScript so the app stays fast and secure. We also added smart "brains" (AI) to the system to help calculate fair prices and better routes.
Challenges we ran into The hardest part was making sure people didn't just use the app to find a driver and then go "offline" to finish the deal. We had to prove that staying on the platform is better because of the trust, safety, and extra tools we provide. Also, balancing this project with my bank job and family life has been a huge test of my time management.
Accomplishments that we're proud of I’m most proud of the fact that 450 companies told us, "Yes, we need this and we will pay for it." We also took the idea to a big startup competition (hackathon) and it was recognized as one of the best concepts. It proved that our idea isn't just a dream—it’s a real business.
What we learned I learned that building an app is the easy part; changing how an entire industry works is the hard part. People like their old ways, so you have to show them that your way makes them more money. I also learned to focus on the most important features first rather than trying to do everything at once.
What's next for Logit Right now, we are finishing the first version of the app (the MVP). Our next goal is to get it into the hands of companies across Uzbekistan. Once we've mastered our home market, we plan to expand across the CIS region and make Logit the go-to tool for every freight forwarder.
