Logistics and supply chain of medical equipments

Inspiration

In ordinary language logistics can be defined as right product, at the right place, in right time, and in right condition. However Logistic management always works with the integration and coordination of the supply chain. The supply chain management is the oversight of materials, information and finances as they move from supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler to retailer to customer. The objective of the supply chain is to be cost-effective and efficient across the entire system.

What it does

A supply chain is a network between a company and its suppliers to produce and distribute a specific product to the final buyer. This network includes different activities, people, entities, information, and resources. The supply chain also represents the steps it takes to get the product or service from its original state to the customer.

Companies develop supply chains so they can reduce their costs and remain competitive in the business landscape.

What I learned

We learned about working together in a team to solve a problem is more efficient and productive rather than working on it single handedly. And we also learned about some major problems our country is facing in detail.
