Lofty Omni-Agent

Inspiration

Lofty already has powerful AI tools, but agents still spend time figuring out what to use and when. We noticed that the issue wasn’t missing features—it was that existing capabilities weren’t naturally integrated into daily workflows. That inspired us to focus on orchestration instead of adding more tools.

What We Built

We built Lofty Omni-Agent, an AI-native workflow layer that leverages Lofty’s existing AI tools and brings them directly into the agent’s workflow. Instead of navigating modules, agents are guided toward the right action at the right time. Omni-Agent works in two modes: Autopilot (executes workflows with approval) and Copilot (guides step-by-step).

How We Built It

We created a frontend prototype that simulates real agent workflows—lead tracking, follow-ups, and task management—while integrating AI-driven recommendations. The system dynamically selects and suggests Lofty tools like Smart Plans, CRM actions, and messaging within the workflow.

Challenges

The main challenge was designing something that feels truly AI-native rather than just a chatbot overlay. We focused on keeping the system actionable, not just informative, while also maintaining user trust through approval-based execution.

What We Learned

We learned that real value comes not from adding new AI features, but from making existing ones usable at the right moment. Simplicity, timing, and trust are critical in AI-driven products.
