Inspiration

We often have to focus under deadline constraints and have to manage distractions like social media, surrounding noises, etc.

What it does

This tool helps identifying when you are losing focus, to set you back on track. It suggests changes you can make to your environment to enhance your productivity.

How we built it

We used sensors, which measure electromagnetic brainwaves to analyze the focus of the user. This is paired with RasbperryPi, a Flask backend and a React app.

We're proud of the idea we had and how innovative and time-saving it could be.

What we learned

We learned that working under the constraint of 24 hours is really hard, and dividing tasks properly has a lot of impact on the time spent on the project.

What's next for LockedIn

We think LockedIn could be developed at company and school scales, maybe considering group work on top of alone work.
