Inspiration
we are very fond of the python programming language and we want to increase awareness about how people can stay safe from COVID-19 through our program.
What it does
Our program has two sections—hygiene check and entertainment checklist. The Hygiene Check allows you to know if the precautions taken against COVID-19 are enough or not The entertainment checklist showcases fun activities that you can try and keep track of using checkboxes.
How we built it
We used PyCharm to write our code using the Tkinter library by importing it. We added checkboxes, buttons, messageboxes etc to our program. We also used Render Forest to make our video for the submission.
Challenges we ran into
There were a few areas in which we found it a bit difficult to debug but then ended up figuring them out through Youtube tutorials.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We had a really fun time working together and we explored new areas of python which helped us expand our learning. We extremely motivated to complete this task.
What we learned
We learnt new types of codes, commands and functions. We also learnt about the value of teamwork
What's next for Lockdown Lifestyle
Since learning is a never ending process, we can keep on improvising our programs and make them even better :)
