Lockd is an AI-powered Chrome extension that works like Screen Time but actually measures real focus instead of just time. It tracks the websites you’re on, how often you switch tabs, and light activity signals like typing and mouse movement, then turns that into a live focus score showing whether you’re truly working, drifting, or distracted. Instead of just telling you where your time went, it answers the more important question: Were you actually mentally present? It combines simple rules for obvious sites with AI classification for harder cases like YouTube videos and Google searches, so it can tell if you’re learning or just distracting yourself. It also gives a dashboard with focus levels, timelines, and breakdowns so you can see patterns over time and improve. The goal is to make attention measurable and actionable, more like a performance system than a basic tracker, similar to how WHOOP turns health data into insights.
