Inspiration

• Easy to use ## What it does
• Built-in video cameras so you can see who is at your door through the app.
• An emergency siren to scare away intruders.
• Anti-theft capabilities that prevent tampering with the lock. ## How we built it
• Fingerprint sensor , Bluetooth channel , A lock controller , The cloud , Aurdino.
• PIR sensor for detecting motion and activate door opening or closing.
• Biometric to take attendance and also to note a count of people entering as well leaving the door.
• Camera to capture videos / photos of visitors.
• Metal detector. ## Challenges we ran into
• Concerns about safety (50%),
• Not wanting to spend money on it (44%),
• The technology is not advanced enough (13%).
• Check for low batteries and network communication. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of
• Bluetooth channel may also offer security features.
• HTTPS protects the privacy and integrity of the exchanged data.
• The key is only shared between the cloud server and the chip. ## What we learned

What's next for LOCKADO

• Want to develop it without any network issues
• Also make it affordable
