Inspiration

After my father's death, I had to deal with all the legal work relating to property transfer and rental agreements. It would get costly for us to hire a lawyer for even a small legal matter. I personally understood the problem and identified that there was a need to solve this issue.

What it does

Local Lawyer Ai is your personal legal assistant. It guides you with small legal tasks and can even draft basic rental agreements, wills, and personal legal case files.

How we built it

I have utilized Bolt (http://bolt.new) to build my application. I have bought a custom domain and have deployed it to my project. The app has a user-friendly dashboard and AI assistant along with a document dashboard to save important legal files. We have built a simple, easy-to-use app to make the user journey easy to navigate and complete tasks efficiently.

Challenges we ran into

The AI assistant had a problem understanding basic legal terms to provide with a solution. Each country has its own legal proceedings, and AI had to understand the problem and provide a solution according to the individual needs of clients.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am so proud to build this app. This problem has never been solved, at least in my country (India).India has more than 30 Million legal cases pending in the courts. I am proud that this app can reduce the high costs that customers have to bear even for a small legal work. It's in the building phase and we will refine it more to increase it's usage for even more legal tasks.

What we learned

We learned that you can never make one thing that can work for everyone. We have our set of customers. We want 100 customers to love us not 1000 customers to just like us. This app is customized for individual requirements and can understand the legal issues. similar to a local lawyer.

What's next for Local Lawyer Ai

We are building a team to work on the backend of this app as I am not an app developer. This app will be rolled out to users and a free trial period will be provided to use our services. Our mission is to spread Local Lawyer Ai globally as another name for legal advise and basic legal work.
