Inspiration

Many rural youths struggle to find nearby job opportunities due to lack of information and connectivity. We wanted to bridge this gap with a simple, digital platform.

What it does

It connects rural youth with local job openings—such as farming, small businesses, workshops, and community services—by showing verified opportunities based on location.

How we built it

We built a web app using a simple frontend, a backend for managing job data, and a database to store job listings and user details.

Challenges we ran into

Finding reliable local job data, designing a simple interface for first-time digital users, and ensuring the platform works smoothly on low-internet areas.
