Loan Eligibility Prediction

What it does

Takes in various inputs for a user seeking to learn about the likelihood their loan request will be approved. The system uses the user inputs to predict whether the loan will be approved.

How we built it

Data was downloaded from kaggle. I then proceeded with pre-processing and cleaning the data. This data is used to train a logistic regression model built into the scikit-learn library. The model is then used to make predictions on the user's inputs.

What's next for Loan Eligibility Prediction

Trying to use other models (Support Vector Machines, Naive Bayes) to check if better results (accuracy, precision and recall) can be obtained.
