Smart Library system is a database and mobile based management system which helps students and teachers to search and check the books that are presents in library. It reduces the wasting of time to go library and search that one book that a student need. It greatly overcomes the lack of availability and converts the manual old school paperwork to a fully automated and managed online system. Smart library systems allow users to securely register and login to their individual account. It is very reliable and easy to use. Multiple users can work in this system at the same time under centralized supervision by the administrator. It is a very useful library management system for Colleges, Schools and other Institutes. Generally, to issue a book from library then student need to go at library and check where the book is available, if this book is not available then his time is waste, but smart library management system has Security feature which only allows its user who has their login id and password to access the account. In this project we have used Android studio which is widely used for mobile application development. By this here created one mobile application that directly connected to the database. SQL (structure query language) for querying database.
