Living Software is a governed environment where software can observe evidence about its own behavior, propose bounded changes, validate them in a sandbox, and present an auditable evolution record for human approval.
This OpenAI Build Week entry is being built from a fresh challenge repository with Codex and GPT-5.6. The public repository currently contains the compliance baseline and design documentation; the working product, demo, testing path, and real Codex /feedback Session ID will be added as they are produced.
Nothing changes itself silently: proposed mutations must pass policy, tests, and human review.
