The AFS angle: Global Competence Development Students have easy access to the AFS support system based on ICL by trained staff and volunteers. Therefore, the development of global competency begins very early for the student. As for the trained staff and volunteers, the global competency is being applied more regularly.

Social Value Students will be exposed to ICL in dealing with their issues, and staff and volunteers are able to apply their knowledge.
