Litehires was built with a vision to bridge the world of talent procurement. With volatility in todays' job markets; our focus is to connect the dots globally in the talent hiring space.

What it does

Every employer: startups; growing firms & competitive enterprises have unique needs with respect to skilled resources.

We wanted to leverage and strengthen the existing ecosystem of talent markets; and our solution brings in an marketplace of recruitment agencies that supports employers to hire remote, on-premises contract or permanent resources; across global markets.

These communities are enabled with our technology and processess that maps every variable in the system to bring trusted & skilled resources; an end to end ecosystem for talent providers and services.

How I built it

Litehires is a platform that is buit on the latest open source technologies and AI. It can be integrated with current systems interacting for an end-to-end solutioning.

Challenges I ran into

With limited resources and marketing budgets; reaching out to the ones that are looking for solutions in hiring; ramping up there teams etc; takes time.
