Inspired by recruiter pains
What it does
It filters and matches potential employees with desired skills, relevance and experience. It's kind of like tinder for hiring! Once you set the criteria for the job requirements, you will get a series of potential employees that are in linkedIn. Each user will be presented with picture, experience, and a chart to show how relevant that individuals experience is as well as degree of match. You can swipe left or right just like with tinder and so you will have a smaller pool of potential hires to go through more thoroughly:). Additionally, you can swipe up to easily connect with the candidate you wish to contact through linkedIn or e-mail.

Challenges we ran into
LinkedIn API is really secure so setting it up was challenging as new programmers. A lot of time was consumed just trying to set it up right to our disadvantage as we started late ^-^.

There's still a lot of work to do we didn't get to finish. We want to create a visualization system of the data with graphs and charts to ease the process of choosing potential candidates for interviews. We would also like this to become a platform for hiring managers and job seekers to interact.
