Inspiration
We are all Avengers fans, and we are looking for jobs.
What it does
It finds the Avengers hero that matches your resume the best.
How we built it
We used Gaussian Mixture Model and Natural Language Processor by GCP to cluster the profile data, and we find the most probable cluster for your resume by parsing the text using NLP by google cloud language api.
Challenges we ran into
The resume profiles are not very publicly available, and we first tried to retrieve the information from LinkedIn 3 Legged Auth API, but it was only providing the name of the user and nothing else.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Our model's keyword extraction is better than baseline Google NLP entity analysis.
What we learned
Resumes are hard to get.
