Inspiration
Linkedin is the largest professional network platform on the internet. However, as the world evolved rapidly and with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we thought of building a website that connects LinkedIn's account and provide the user an opportunity to have a virtual coffee chat with online professionals from around the world. The site allows one to virtually meet with a professional through voice or video calling at that time without having to set up a meeting time.
How we built it
We built it using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Challenges we ran into
We ran into numerous challenges. The hardest of them being, how to implement the video calling feature. We looked out for numerous APIs and found VONAGE's API to be sufficient to help us achieve what we wanted.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We learned a lot during the Hackathon. Team Skills - How to split work among different member and coordinate. Time Management - This was one thing which we all needed to have. We're proud of how far we have come and achieved!
