We were looking at flight co and how they had struggled to manage multiple different integrations and to be able to figure out how to make sure that everything was on the same page.

It connects different integrations together by allowing you to get things from integrations (a part of the tech stack that the buisness owner does not have to transition from) and can access all their info seemlessly from our website. From here they can approve 'items' which could be any kind of item or action. This could be an invoice or a simple email. Some things might have an associted action some might not. Thats up to the buisness owner.

Used typescript for the front end and python for the backend and used LLMs to process requests and informations that would typically be far too dense and complicated to parse.

Ran into many challenges regarding making the LLMs actually do what we wanted them to do and make them accurately connect to the integrations. Sometimes they wouldn't connect and throw errors, sometimes they wouldn't.

Proud of having a real harvest account be able to talk to our application and be able to take actions from our end. We used agentspan to be able to prove and debug things with our LLMs and show that we are accurately proccessing information.

Learned alot about how the techstack works and how small buisness owners have to deal with different things and integrations. How to work with integrations through their api.

Expanding to supporting more integrations and mutli tenant systems.
