Inspiration

I was mainly inspired by the scale of the project and how many people i'd be able to help.

What it does

It's a chat bot that provides information and details about OHA resources to their clients

How we built it

I built it using the Microsoft Power Platform which mainly includes Power Vitual Agents for the bot schema and Power Automate for some flow actions.

Challenges we ran into

Initial Challenges were developing a natural exchange between the client and the bot. It was also challenging to create the nodes for each conversation and phrase without outlining the conversation flow.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Achieving a natural sounding response from the chat bot that takes local phrases and finds appropriate results from natural and modern styles of language.
