Learning chinese

What it does

It makes a mneumonic for a chinese character out its radicals that make up all characters in chinese. The mneumonic is a short story that helps you remember the character.

How we built it

An open source LLM using the transformers library in python with taipy as the frontend.

Challenges we ran into

Getting the dictionary data, it was very hard to find and extract.

Lots of easy to use chatgpt alternatives out there.

What's next for LingTales

A mobile app that has card of the generated mneumonics!
