Inspiration
Our inspiration came from a family member who is not a native English speaker and has problems finding an interpreter who speaks her native language to accompany her to her hospital appointment. We felt that she was likely not alone and that finding an interpreter in person could be hard for her, other people, and different industries catering to different people. So we thought What can be a way to tackle this issue? LINGOBRIDGE! An amazing platform to connect people to interceptors. We want industries to use our platform to recruit interpreters worldwide remotely or in person if one is available.
What it does
If you tour our lovely platform, You can register your business or become part of our family of interpreters to help a cause. Businesses can view profiles of specific interpreters by searching their desired language. We hope that many businesses use our platform to

Challenges we ran into
UI/UX design was a weak point for the team, so learning and implementing it within the deadline was our main challenge.

We learned about different languages across the world and how language exchange is important in our day-to-day lives.
What's next for LingoBridge
Add a log-in page, add more sections, incorporate the backend, and make the style consistent.
