Update 1 - 4:18am
After a late start caused by my sleeping in, we quickly decided we wanted to design a tool that did something appealing to both of us, in this case, combining medicine with translation!
We've since spent the first half of the competition with Rye grinding out backend, while I scrolled pinterest while fussing over two identical shades of red for the UI.
I also stepped out from 11pm - 2am for a ̶p̶a̶r̶t̶y̶ family friendly social gathering with peers and discussed UI and UX with fellow students, to ̶g̶e̶t̶ ̶s̶e̶n̶d̶y̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶s̶l̶a̶m̶ ̶b̶r̶e̶w̶s̶ better get a feel for what the general public wants to see in an app like this.
I also came back dressed like a playboy bunny.
As we go into the early morning hours we plan to get the app functional, albeit in a barebones state.... ......and also to eat breakfast at some point.
