Inspiration

We’ve all worked with someone truly exceptional — someone who made a project smoother, a team stronger, or a stressful moment bearable. But there’s rarely a place to say: “This person was amazing to work with.” LinkedIn is too curated. Glassdoor is for companies. And most reputation is locked in private messages, exit interviews, or forgotten Slack threads.

That’s why I built LikelyMe.com link

I wanted to create a platform where you can leave public, structured feedback for the people you’ve worked with — feedback that’s authentic, trait-based, and attached to real collaboration. Whether it’s a freelancer who always delivers, a teammate who brings clarity in chaos, or a mentor who made you better they deserve to be seen.

LikelyMe is my attempt to turn silent appreciation into visible, lasting reputation.

What it does

Professionals create profiles and invite others to leave feedback Feedback is project-based and tied to real-world traits like leadership, reliability, or communication Reviewers stay anonymous or public — but must enter the reviewed person’s email, ensuring legitimacy Visitors can search by name, view a profile preview, and sign in to see full reviews Users control their visibility and discoverability with privacy settings The result: a trust layer for individuals, not just companies

How we built it

I built LikelyMe as a full-stack web application using modern, developer-friendly & 100% from Bolt.new! Backend: Supabase for PostgreSQL, Auth, and Storage Supabase Auth for secure logins and user sessions Row Level Security (RLS) for protecting sensitive review data Storage for profile image uploads with public access links

Key Features: Unique review link generation Multi-step feedback form with trait ratings and comment box Name-based public search with profile previews Full review access gated behind sign-in

Challenges I ran into

Every feature forced me to think harder about trust, flow, and ethics.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

Built an MVP with real users, real profiles, and working review flows Crafted a review model that encourages constructive, truthful feedback Created a platform that feels like it should already exist — because the need is that real

What I learned

Bolt is an incredibly powerful NO code solution that is democratizing software development and I was blown away by how much it could understand what I was trying to build and it actually did!
