Inspiration

Two of the group members were lifting one day and were complaining about how inconvenient it is to list workouts on Google Calendar. Instead, we wanted our own, personalized system to track our workouts.

What it does

Allows you to create a personal exercise routine. You enter what you want to do, and it will automatically add any relevant data. For example, it will know how many reps you wanted to do and how many you completed. You can also store the workout information to view later in order to track your progress
