Challenges we ran into

• Training Agents with medical knowledge and industry specific prompts
• Building live telemetry reports on top of agent conversations
• Infusing responsible AI into the training and topics process

• A fully functional app with zero downtime till now and fully performant

• We can plan a full scale subscription model

• We surprisingly became a full-stack developer of Salesforce with this hackathon
• Agentforce is the coolest Zero code Agentic Framework, we have seen

What's next for LifePath – Health Assistant for Transitional Care

• We are planning to build it for multiple geographies and understand the needs of patients
• A global roll out with support for millions of users. Working on a commercial subscription model
