Inspiration

We suffered a lot during Harvey. So many people with minor problems call 911 that people in real danger can't be attended in time

What it does

we want to create a react bot that when people see danger, they can report it to our server, which provide instructions corresponding to the dangers.

How we built it

In Visual Code Studio, we wrote it in python with twilio api. We used ngrok to establish a server.

We can't record the incoming text.
