Inspiration
☆ In today’s world, people struggle to make important decisions due to lack of clarity and structured guidance. Choices are often influenced by emotions or incomplete information. LifeLens AI was inspired by the need to simplify decision making by providing clear, data driven insights. It empowers users to evaluate options logically, understand risks and outcomes, and make confident, informed decisions in real life scenarios.
What it does
☆ LifeLens AI helps users make smarter decisions by analyzing options using clarity, risk, and impact. It provides decision scores, reasoning, predictions, and side by side comparisons to turn complex choices into clear, confident, and data driven outcomes.
How we built it
☆ LifeLens AI was built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a focus on clean UI/UX and performance. A custom decision engine uses structured logic and JSON based data to generate scores, insights, and comparisons in real time. It is deployed on Netlify with GitHub for version control.
Challenges we ran into
☆ Designing a system that balances logic with real life decision complexity was challenging. Structuring meaningful scoring criteria and ensuring accurate, unbiased insights required multiple iterations. Creating a smooth, responsive UI with dynamic features like comparisons and real time updates also demanded careful optimization. Additionally, presenting complex insights in a simple and user friendly way was a key challenge we successfully addressed.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
☆ We successfully built a fully functional decision support platform with a clean, modern UI and smooth user experience. The real time decision scoring, comparison system, and prediction insights work seamlessly without errors. We’re proud of transforming complex decision making into a simple, structured, and interactive experience that is both practical and impactful.
What we learned
☆ We learned how to transform complex real-world problems into structured, logical systems. This project improved our skills in UI/UX design, JavaScript based logic building, and creating scalable features using JSON. We also gained experience in building user centric solutions, optimizing performance, and delivering a complete, deployable product under hackathon constraints.
What's next for LifeLens AI
☆ We plan to enhance LifeLens AI by integrating real AI/ML models for smarter and more personalized decision insights. Future updates include user accounts, cloud based data storage, and advanced analytics to track decision patterns over time. We also aim to expand into a full SaaS platform with mobile support, API integrations, and real world datasets to make decision making even more powerful and scalable.
