About LifeBalance AI

LifeBalance AI was inspired by the growing impact of excessive screen time, social media usage, and poor digital habits on mental focus, productivity, and overall wellbeing, especially among students and young adults.

Many people experience burnout, focus loss, sleep issues, and lifestyle-related health risks without realizing the early warning signs. LifeBalance AI aims to act as a preventive system by identifying these risks early using machine learning.

The project analyzes digital behavior patterns such as screen time, app usage, sleep duration, and activity levels to predict risks like burnout, reduced focus, and early lifestyle-related health issues. Instead of medical diagnosis, the system provides risk indicators and actionable insights to help users improve balance in their daily lives.

While building this project, I learned how to work with data preprocessing, machine learning models, and translating complex predictions into simple, user-friendly insights. One of the main challenges was selecting the right features and ensuring the predictions remain preventive and ethical rather than diagnostic.

LifeBalance AI demonstrates how AI can be used responsibly to promote healthier digital habits and better lifestyle balance.
